Enrichment & Trips

Enrichment is a vital part of our students' learning. We value enrichment so highly we introduced (2023/2024 academic year)
a timetabled enrichment slot every Wednesday 3-4pm, which is continuing in this new academic year (2024/2025).

For this, each term students choose from a wide list of enrichment opportunities. Each member of staff offers an enrichment ‘club’ which range from creative opportunities such as Drama club, through to PE activities like Boxing; there are then a wide range of opportunities for every interest, and for developing new skills, such as a club focussed on scientific experiments, creative writing groups and even crocheting with the principal!

Students are offered the chance to change their enrichment choices three times a year. Groups are often mixed in terms of the year groups, so it means that students get to work with different year groups which helps foster collaborations and mentoring between students and supports our community and values in working together positively.

Please see below for a list of current clubs and societies - updated September 2024.
