Welcome to our Transition pages. In this section of our site you'll find lots of helpful resources to help you make the transition from your primary school to HAB.

The best place to start is the HAB Transition handbook for pupils (Coming soon) with lots of HAB hacks and links to help you understand your feelings during the change. There is also a Welcome Booklet (Coming soon) created by our current Year 7 pupils which explain A Day at HAB and gives lots of great advice.
