Andrea Wins Double Gold At Commonwealth Games

We are immensely proud of Year 13 student Andrea Spendolini-Siriex, who won two Gold medals and one Silver for diving at the recent Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

She won Gold in the women's individual 10m platform event and also Gold in the mixed 10m synchronised platform diving, as well as Silver in the women's synchronised event. This follows finishing 7th at the Tokyo Olympics games in 2021 and means she's really looking forward to the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Andrea has kept up with her school work throughout her success, which we've been following closely for years. Here's now we reported Andrea's success in the British Elite Junior Diving Championship when she was in Year 8!
