Summer Concert 2023 - Report and Pictures
We are thrilled to share the exciting news of the resounding success of Harris Academy Bermondsey's recent music concert. See lots more pictures taken by Matilda, Year 10.
The event showcased the remarkable talents of our students and highlighted the phenomenal growth of our orchestra, as well as the brilliance of our string and wind orchestra groups. Moreover, the amazing soloists who graced the stage left the audience awestruck with their exceptional performances.
The growing orchestra, which has been steadily expanding in size and skill, closed the concert with an extraordinary performance. Led by our dedicated music teacher Sara Farina, the orchestra demonstrated a remarkable level of cohesion and musicality.
The string and wind orchestra groups took centre stage, captivating the audience with their impeccable technique and harmonious melodies. Meanwhile, the wind orchestra group showcased their growing agility and precision. Each soloist took the stage with confidence and grace. Their dedication and improvement over this term has been exemplary.
We must extend our heartfelt appreciation to our passionate music teachers and dedicated staff who have nurtured and guided these talented individuals. Their unwavering support and commitment to excellence have played an instrumental role in the success of this music concert.
