Harris Federation Oracy Competition Winner

Two of our keen Year 8 debaters, Georgina and Yaa-Adu, visited Harris Academy St John's Wood earlier this month to compete in the Harris Federation Oracy competition 2022-23.

Both Georgina and Yaa worked incredibly hard on their speeches. Georgina's speech, "The Chokehold of Social Media on Creativity" and Yaa's speech "The Injustice of Double Standards" both impressed the judges. 

Georgina was chosen as the winner of all the Key Stage 3 speakers from other Harris Academies! A huge congratulations to both Georgina and Yaa for their courage and ambition.
